The last experience I had with a Free-For-All RP went something like this.
1. The leader of my guild on neopets, and my only current online friend, referred me to a free-for-all RP.
2. I joined, and everyone there was obsessed with KH, and this was waaai before KH2. Anyway, I met them all.
The admin, Green, who was also Blackrogue, was one year older than me, and spelled weird the same way I did back then. I spelled it wierd. And, she hated being called BR. Thus we called her BR all the time.
Lani, who was the friend, was Eveningstar in the guild, and was also known as the Ebil Shoe.
Latte was Sora-obsessed, and therefore every time we went OOC we killed Sora or killed him by unlocking her closet and killing him. Eventually she started making clones and we killed the clones.
We were nearly NEVER in IC. It was always completely random in OOC and our one thread called Randomness I was nearly 200 pages long!
I had no idea what Kindgom Hearts was, and by the time we actually RPed, I knew lots about it though I had never even heard of it before I started going on the forum. It was a KH RP, and I played my own charry.
Luckily, Lani and I were both pokemon-obsessed at the time, and her friend Wulf created a pokemon forum. Well... Let's just say the forums started to die. BR left, then Latte and Lani, then Riku, then Wulf, then finally, me.
But they were the ones who introduced me to the online world.
Soon after that, I found FCOTF, a very active warriors RP. I joined there when I was eight years old and had not much experience RPing. I created my cat, Streampaw. Two years later, (this year) I quit the forum because I was one of the senior members and no one was RPing with me when I was on five threads. I never got any RP in. I recently joined again.
Anyone, nearly a year ago, I joined BBA. I could only RP two paragraphs at the time by then, and now I can do about 3-6 in one post, longer if I really feel like it.
That's also where I started to improve my drawing skills. But that's another story.
So anyway, here I am.
