Physical Description: Like all Hidridhan, he is humanoid, with a pair of curving black horns sprouting from his head, a lion-like tail, and feline feet. Like the males of his kind, he's on the muscular side, with a large pair of horns and larger paws. His skin is slightly tanned. His hair is a rusty red-brown color, and tends to be unruly, so he tends to keep it tied back at the nape of his neck, but even then strands are always escaping and tend to stick out at odd angles. His eyes are emerald green, pupils slit like a cat's. The fur on his tail and paws is the same as his hair, fading to black at his toes and at the tuft at the tip of his tail. His ears are feathery and elegant.
Personality: Lefarou is the type of person typically described as having a hearty outlook on life. He's an optimist, and always believes in being happy with what one has. He's not much of a social man unless given a topic he knows or feels strong about, and finds his happiest moments in solitude. Every now and then he seeks out company, for even the most solitude-loving creature longs for companionship at times.
History: His full name was a result of neither parent wishing to give up their given surnames while naming their child, and so he was given all. He tends to be quite annoyed with his full name, and shortens it to Lefarou Yanis Eretia Eydia. He grew up in the city of Salies, having only one older sister who was already 85 (25), married, and pregnant, when he was born. Like all of his kind, he was bethrothed by the time he was 10 (10), and was to be wed when he reached 50 (18). He would have been wed, as well, had his wife-to-be not fallen to her death on the city's outer rim. The event was not a rare occurence, as typical Hidridhan cities were built on the high sides of mountains, sticking miles off the mountain face. He felt little remorse at her death other than the usuall sadness at a death, having never met the woman. Also, as custom, since his wife-to-be was dead, and he too old for a union to be arranged, he was free to choose his own wife. He chose not to, an unusual act for one of his kind, and instead chose a solitary life, owning a small shop where he carved trinkets and the like out of wood, rock, and various gems.
