Fritz pretty average as far as guys go. Normal height, normal weight, average muscle build. The doctor is health conscious, so he isn't overweight or flabby, but that doesn't make him an athlete. Unless you count leaping over benches, shrubs and steps to get to the hospital in a hurry as intense cardio training. Regardless of his rather unintimidating physic, Fritz has a very aggressive nature. His expressions favor scowling and pouting, and he's known to over gesture, especially if he's angry, and those bright green eyes of him can get pretty scary in the right light.
He doesn't like dressing up, so his scrubs have a casual, plain look about him (the more traditionally, stuffy co-workers of his don't approve of his attire, but Fritz isn't one to care about other people's opinions of him). They also don't approve of his hair, which is naturally red but dyed black at the tips. Fritz continues to not care.
Personality
Fritz is curse loving, sarcastic jerk who likes taking cheap shots at people he considers annoying. He makes interns cry, nurses have hormonal rage, and older doctors infuriated because he goes against some traditional methods. However, everyone puts up with him because he's incredibly good at what he does and takes his work very seriously- he will go out of the typical work effort to try and save a life despite his generally unpleasant personality. While his manner might seem uncaring and sometimes selfish, Fritz isn't soulless.
He speaks in blunt facts and believes only in black and white- there is no grey in between. He doesn't do the sugarcoating thing, believing there's not point in trying to soften a blow. He may be a jerk, but you can always count on him to be completely honest and carry almost military state of mind when something needs to be done (this includes breaking bad news). While he's a douche bag, Fritz's also a dependable douche bag. He's a pretty damn good guy to have on your side... if you can put up with him being a dickweed.
Extra: Fritz is very romantically impaired. Watching him attempt to flirt is hilarious, even if it doesn't happen often.
History
He had a typical, unexciting life of I HATE SCHOOL and went through an amazingly destructive rebel teenage phase that resulted in spending a night in prison and loosing his shoes to an inmate. Things changed when he and some friends wrapped a car around a tree while drunk. After his experience with the medics, he decided to get his act together and pursue the career path. He climbed his way through the years and established himself as a well known and respected physician, though not a well liked one among stiffs.
Extra Relationships:
1. Fritz's first real test was treating the survivor of a drunk driving accident, Gabrjel Gorske. Alot of residents of the hospital changed opinions about the otherwise nasty, rude young man when they saw him talk down a hysteric and possibly fatally injured teenager. Fritz was also the one who treated a hematoma in the skull, saving his life.
2. He came face to face with his first psychological challenge when confronted with a burn victim by the name of Lee Penscript and a heavily bruised boy named Joshua Balmy. Following intuition, he went deeper then he was allowed and researched their past histories, eventually being the first to seriously recommend psychiatric therapy for both of them. However, it was technically out of his authority and his superiors didn't bother relaying the message to the two kids before they were released.
